Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
It will be offered soon by IMLIN.CA
General Information
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is required to complete 16 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually by participating in a number of ICCRC approved activities that are of actual Canadian immigration content. CPD hours do not include practice management education currently offered by ICCRC.
To meet the CPD requirements a RCIC can do the following:
• Refer to CPD regulation for information on activities eligible for CPD hours, how to calculate CPD hours, the maximum number of hours credited for an activity, etc.
• Check the approved events in the upcoming events or past events section. If events are not listed, a RCIC (or a CPD provider/host) can submit CPD events for approval.
• Report CPD hours.
• Click on My CPD hours to verify CPD hours credited to date and view a history of CPD past events.
